Act as the primary contact for individual Eneco customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries regarding gas and electricity supply, billing, and meter readings. Handle escalated complex cases involving heat, insulation, and complaints while developing expertise in empathetic communication and digital advice. Review processes to identify improvements for better customer experience. This role is based at the Eneco World location in Rotterdam Alexander, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts between 08:00 and 16:00.
