KL - Linguist - CAT III - Kinyarwanda(Rwanda) - FMMD

Conduct transcription, translation, and interpretation of non-technical material between English and SCRL languages for military interrogations, intelligence collection, and operational missions. Provide cultural and ethnic context for terms with multiple valid interpretations to support organizations. Perform document exploitation, scanning, research, and analysis of foreign language documents and intercepted data to extract information meeting military criteria, supplementing translations with expertise in medicine, science, engineering, or legal fields. Requires native or near-native Kinyarwanda proficiency, US citizenship, ILR level 3 in both languages, and in-depth geopolitical knowledge.
