Job Summary
The KKC Food Specialist is responsible for preparing and cooking food products according to specifications, maintaining safety standards, and training staff. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and be available to work flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be well organized and manage time well.
- Possess good people interaction skills.
- Must be able to lead and direct the work of others and efficiently train new and existing employees where needed.
- Must be able and willing to cover shifts in the event of staff shortages.
- Must be able and willing to work as scheduled by management.
- Schedule must be flexible to include being available to work from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. all days of the week.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel from store to store as needed.
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Have reliable transportation to travel from store to store as needed.
