Job Summary
Lead the Kitting Team on the night shift to maintain on-the-floor manufacturing, ensure safety and quality, manage cycle counts and inventory, document and sustain standardized work, train team members, and drive waste reduction while communicating issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Stand for prolonged periods
- PPE required
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Experience creating standardized work
- Experience with station audits
- Experience with Yamazumi and production line setup
- Experience in process technician responsibilities preferred
- Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules
- English proficiency for safety protocols and SOPs
