Kitting Supervisor (G-Project)

Job Summary
Oversee the kitting process to ensure materials and components are accurately picked, staged, and delivered to production on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting manufacturing schedules. Supervise and lead kitting personnel and material handlers, ensuring kits are assembled accurately and delivered to production on schedule. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material shortages with planning and purchasing teams, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. Enforce quality standards, ESD procedures, and safety requirements while training, coaching, and evaluating team members. Track productivity, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and process optimization. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality departments to align operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or materials management experience
- 1–3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience in electronics manufacturing
- SMT experience
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
