Job Summary
Kitting Supervisor responsible for overseeing the kitting process in a warehouse, supervising a team of 2 to 5 kitting personnel, ensuring kit components are accurate and properly documented, maintaining inventory levels and cycle counts, and coordinating with receiving, shipping, and customer service. Responsibilities include entering transfer and issue tickets, ensuring safe practices, enforcing quality standards, managing inventory and kit documentation, overseeing special projects, and learning all facets of the facility. Requires strong communication, leadership, organizational, and computer skills, with ERP experience and forklift operation; some college preferred; 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience. Travel: none.
