Kitting Line Lead

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of one or two kitting lines by working closely with the production team to achieve quality, accuracy, and productivity goals. Receive and verify product counts, ensure packing slips are followed accurately, and order inventory of production supplies including boxes, tape, and labels. Verify finished products meet quality standards, monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while promoting safety by following policies and reporting hazards. Work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with a team
- Flexible and quality-focused with a strong attention to detail
- Available to work continental and rotating shifts, including overtime as required
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
