Kitting/Assembly General- (Forklift Driver) - Antioch 1st shift

Job Summary
Conduct kitting and assembly duties to assemble finished products while maintaining quality and meeting delivery requirements. Safely operate a forklift to move materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility. Assist line leads in supervising assembly lines, keeping workflows efficient, and performing line audits. Ensure accuracy on kitting lines and report issues regarding temporary workers, employees, or kits to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas while following all safety rules and company procedures. Work the 7:30 am to 4:00 pm shift in Antioch.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience
- Forklift Certified
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work
- Frequent walking and standing

- Basic mathematics skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions
- Ability to plan and give work direction effectively
- Technical knowledge of Imagine! Production processes

- Knowledge of quality methods and techniques
