Job Summary
Prepare and assemble materials to meet daily production schedules by performing kitting and sub-assembly tasks. Measure, cut, fasten, tie, and operate light-duty machinery to produce quality work while inspecting materials for compliance. Follow approved work instructions, maintain a clean work area, and assist other departments as needed. Work overtime when business requires additional support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Sewing or textile manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a production or assembly environment
