Job Summary
Kitter responsible for assembly and ingredient selection for batch kits, weighing/measuring/organizing/labeling ingredients, assisting batching operators, and running CIP/COP. Follows GMP and safety rules, interprets schedules, weighs/records ingredients, receives incoming products, cleans process equipment, takes QA samples, maintains CIP concentration, services pumps/valves/heat exchangers, and supports training of new personnel; reports to Processing Supervisors and adheres to MSS/CL/CIL tasks while coordinating with upstream/downstream processing.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- High School level verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess or be able to obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License
- Proficiency in English: reading and writing
- Basic computational skills; simple math reasoning
