Job Summary
Kitchens THM Pack Line Operator needed to make and package THM products on automated lines in La Crosse, WI. Responsibilities include filling machinery with necessary ingredients, monitoring equipment to ensure a quality finished product, and adjusting equipment as needed while maintaining sanitation and food-safety standards. Operate on a production line at the required rate and perform a variety of duties as part of a fast-paced kitchen production team. Shift is Sunday through Wednesday, 5:30am to 3:30pm. Qualifications include high attention to detail and adherence to sanitation/hygiene standards, basic math aptitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well alone or with others. Fork lift certification is required or must be willing to obtain it. Benefits include starting pay of $19.53/hour, weekend premium pay, a year-end profit-sharing bonus up to 40% of profits, 2 weeks of vacation in the first year, paid sick time, holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, footwear allowance, and an Equal Employment Opportunity employer designation. Required Qualifications
- Fork lift certification or willing to become fork lift certified is required
