Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive kitchen operations including scraping plates, presoaking silverware, and loading dishwashers. Wash, dry, and stack all dishes and pots while sanitizing cooking equipment and cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings. Remove garbage for recycling and maintain organized kitchen areas by adhering to safety policies and company standards. Monitor service quality in assigned zones and communicate professionally with patrons and staff. Complete daily checklists, attend mandatory training programs, and comply with all regulatory and information security guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must possess good communication skills including the ability to read, write and speak effectively to employees as well as customers
- Must be able to stand, walk and move freely for extended periods of time
- Moderate physical activity is required along with the handling of objects up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
- Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment
- Attend all necessary meetings
