Job Summary
Serve meals to residents, clear and wash dishes, and clean dining areas following Holiday procedures. Prepare water carafes, distribute items to tables, and assist with food preparation as assigned. Set up serving carts, put away deliveries, and deliver trays to residents' rooms when necessary. Complete dishwasher temperature logs at required times and work as part of the Food Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation
- General knowledge of safe food-handling practices
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability and willing to follow standards and procedures, and accept direction & training and work as part of a team
