Job Summary
Maintain kitchen and dish room areas in clean, safe, and sanitary conditions by adhering to cleaning schedules, washing dishes, and keeping floors clear. Wash and store all equipment per policy, maintain dish machines with temperature logs, and empty trash. Adhere to standard food safety practices while assisting with food preparation, transporting supplies, and supporting cooks and wait staff. Complete assigned food prep, assist with special events and banquets, and attend pre-meal stand-ups. Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction. May perform other duties as assigned.
