Job Summary
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area; wash dishes and operate a commercial dishwasher; stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas; assist with food preparation duties as directed by the Head Chef/Sous Chef; unload deliveries; communicate with management via calls, emails, and texts; work as part of a collaborative team; comply with safety and sanitation standards; able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds; background check required; food safety handler/sanitation certification required or obtained within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school or vocational training in kitchen basics (preferred)
