Job Summary
Maintain general kitchen and back-of-house cleanliness by removing garbage, washing dishes, and sanitizing floors. Perform equipment maintenance and transport food between the ship and shore. Assist receiving staff with product storage and support buffet attendants by replenishing clean dishes and silverware. Follow directions from the lead kitchen utility or executive kitchen steward at all times while wearing required safety gear and uniforms. Adhere to Indiana Labor Laws if employed as a minor and comply with all company rules regarding chemical handling and communication.
