Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established protocols. Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored in designated areas while maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area through sweeping and mopping. Promptly remove trash, recycling, and food waste, and clean mats and garbage pails. Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen equipment as needed. Support kitchen staff during meal preparation and service by replenishing supplies and resupplying chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers. This role requires a Food Handler Card, at least 6-12 months of dishwasher experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes
- At least 6-12 months of experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings
