Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established protocols, ensuring all cleaned items are properly dried and stored. Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area by sweeping and mopping floors, while promptly removing trash, recycling, and food waste. Clean mats, garbage pails, food preparation surfaces, and storage areas as needed, and support kitchen staff during meal preparation by replenishing supplies. Resupply chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers to ensure sanitary operations. Requires a Food Handler Card (plus), 6–12 months of dishwasher experience (plus), and ability to lift 50 pounds. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays required.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, and wet environments

- Good communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- A Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus
- At least 6-12 months of experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable
