Job Summary
Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) in a senior living community responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining clean and organized dishwashing area and kitchen, supporting kitchen staff during meal prep and service, replenishing supplies, and adhering to sanitation protocols. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible shifts; experience in fast-paced environments and teamwork skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- A Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus
- At least 6-12 months of dishwasher or kitchen support experience is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks; lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
