Job Summary
Supply assigned Food and Beverage Department stations and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. Perform detailed cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment, scheduled preventive maintenance, and clean walls and ceiling tiles. Mop and sweep bar, restaurant, kitchen, and service areas while removing empty bottles and trash. Work with Barbacks and Stewards to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tabletops, floors, and food and bar equipment meet casino standards. Operate in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner abiding by health and safety regulations and proper chemical use. Participate as a team member with bartenders, servers, supervisors, and chefs to ensure efficient operations and anticipate needs of coworkers and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to successfully complete screening for essential job functions
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk or hear
