Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance on hotel MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration) and related equipment; troubleshoot and repair diverse facilities systems and components; read standard blueprints and electrical schematics; operate and maintain tools and equipment; identify and locate shut-off valves; manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts; communicate daily activities and issues across shifts; apply Lockout/Tagout procedures; train/mentor other engineers and support Engineer on Duty duties; ensure compliance with company standards and codes; maintain safety, quality, and guest service standards; interact with guests and colleagues to address service needs; use engineering software tools for preventative maintenance and energy management; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Universal CFC Certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing
