Conduct kitchen operations as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, or Expo within the Heart of House Team, ensuring food preparation and service standards align with Applebee's casual-dining model. Manage daily cooking tasks in a high-volume restaurant environment, supporting the full-service concept across Miller Apple's 21 locations in mid and Northern Michigan. Maintain a diverse, inclusive culture while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
