Job Summary
Conduct high-volume kitchen operations including prep, line cooking, and dishwashing within a full-service casual dining environment. Manage station tasks to ensure food quality and safety standards are met during peak service hours. Maintain a clean and organized Heart of House Team area while supporting expo duties as needed. This role offers flexible scheduling for team members in mid and Northern Michigan locations.
Required Qualifications
