Job Summary
Conduct high-volume kitchen operations, manage prep duties, and execute cooking tasks for full service casual dining. Perform line cook responsibilities including saute, grill, and concinero duties in a busy restaurant environment. Maintain kitchen standards and support the Heart of House Team with dishwasher and expo tasks as needed.
