Job Summary
Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, support the kitchen team, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied. Provide exceptional and gracious service while showcasing hospitality skills to earn tips alongside your hourly base pay. Work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment using a Point of Sale system, managing payments and multi-tasking effectively even under stress. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training at every station to help you grow into leadership roles like Shift Manager. Flexible hours are arranged around your personal commitments, with an average rate of $18 per hour including tips.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
