Job Summary
Kitchen Associate sought for Dash In's back-of-house team to prepare meals, maintain food safety and sanitation, manage prep stations, assist with deliveries and equipment use, and provide a personalized guest experience. Must follow food safety codes, maintain cleanliness, restock and organize prep areas, handle equipment like fryers and slicers, and lift 50-65 pound containers as needed. Roles require flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends; HS diploma or GED; US work authorization; and successful background/drug screening. Opportunity includes growth, benefits, and GED support; starting wage $16.50/hour with +$1/hour overnight premium.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program)
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification (preferred)
- Tech-savviness including familiarity with POS software
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
