Job Summary
Kitchen Associate responsibilities include following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards; managing prep levels and station organization; stocking and delivering food to support a fast-paced kitchen; maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen; engaging with guests to provide a personalized experience; operating food service equipment; and lifting 50–65 pounds as needed. Flexible to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. HS diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification preferred. Authorized to work in the United States; background check and drug screening required. For Dash In's 24/7 retail environment, starting wage is $16.50/hour with a $1/hour overnight shift premium; opportunities for growth within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED program)
- 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
