Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for supporting a 24/7 Dash In BOH operation. Duties include preparing meals, following food safety and sanitation standards, monitoring prep levels, restocking and organizing prep stations, delivering products to cooking areas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, engaging with guests to provide a positive experience, operating food service equipment (deep fryers, slicers, etc.), and lifting 50-65 pounds as needed. Overnight shifts (10 pm–7 am) with a $1/hour premium are available; eligible for ServSafe certification and POS software use. Requires flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends; HS diploma or GED; US work authorization; background check and drug screening completed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
