Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining clean prep stations, managing inventory and adhering to food safety procedures; delivers exceptional customer service, supports opening/closing duties, and cross-trains in cash handling, stocking, and upselling store products to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
