Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining clean prep stations, managing inventory and following food-safety procedures. Requires attentive communication, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, adherence to uniform and hygiene standards, and ability to complete end-of-shift paperwork. Cross-training includes cash register duties, stocking, upselling products, and assisting with store operations and safety procedures. Preferred Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification, high school diploma or GED, and 18+ years old; knife skills and prior restaurant experience are a plus. Location: Temecula, CA with on-site duties in a fast-paced convenience-store/food-service setting.
