Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining stocked displays, managing ingredients inventory with proper temperature/shelf-life controls, and ensuring food handling procedures (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating) are followed. Duties include setting up/breaking down prep stations, completing end-of-shift paperwork, delivering excellent customer service, and working effectively in a team while upholding safety, sanitation, and uniform standards. Cross-training includes cash register operations, stocking, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store operations and potential car-wash issues as needed. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to core values. Training and career-growth opportunities with flexible full-time/part-time options; prior Serv-Safe certification and restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork and punctuality skills
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
