Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining stocked foodservice displays, managing inventory with proper temperature and shelf-life controls, following food handling procedures (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating), setting up and breaking down prep stations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Role requires teamwork, effective communication, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and participation in opening/closing duties. Cross-training includes cash register duties, stocking, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with car wash-related issues as needed. Minimums include a high school diploma or GED preferred, Serv-Safe/local certification preferred, knife skills a plus, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork and punctuality skills
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
