Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining clean prep stations and foodservice displays, managing inventory with temperature/shelf-life compliance, following food handling procedures (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating), assisting with opening/closing duties, completing end-of-shift paperwork, delivering exceptional customer service, and demonstrating effective communication and teamwork. Cross-training includes operating the cash register, stocking shelves, assisting with car-wash-related issues, and preparing shift reports while upselling store products; role supports a fast-paced, safety-conscious kitchen and store environment with emphasis on food safety, hygiene, and adherence to company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Must successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
