Job Summary
Accurately and efficiently cook, build, and quality control all food products while preparing and portioning items prior to cooking. Maintain sufficient food levels on line stations, adhere strictly to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications, and ensure product temperature and order accuracy. Perform all necessary kitchen duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, handling and rotating inventory, and assisting with food prep during off-peak periods. Work overtime, including weekends and evenings, while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Demonstrate a passion for extreme hospitality to create an exceptional guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events
- Frequent use of hands and arms, and constitution to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently bend and twist from the waist
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
