Job Summary
Execute culinary procedures based on the daily production list, completing assigned tasks timely while adhering to established recipes and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean workspace and commissary, follow proper storage and labeling procedures, and operate equipment safely. Handle customer questions and complaints, attend department meetings, and demonstrate high-level knife skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role requires two years of food service production experience and regular, predictable attendance.
