Job Summary
Prepare meal items accurately per specification while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards. Multitask effectively to prepare bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients, stepping in to assist other departments as needed. Maintain a "can do" attitude to work quickly and confidently, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Shifts vary weekly based on customer traffic and seasonal demand, with afternoon and evening availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Afternoon/evening availability
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
- At least 18 years of age
