Job Summary
Operate food service equipment, manage prep stations, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while following strict food safety protocols. Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and ensure all items are ready for cooking. Connect with guests to deliver a personalized experience. Lift heavy containers using proper techniques. Work evening and weekend shifts with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus $1 for overnight hours. Requires high school diploma, one year of food service experience, and flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of food service experience
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of drug screening
- Must be able to lift 50 to 65 pounds
- Must be able to operate food service equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Line cook experience
- Prep cook experience
- Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
