Job Summary
Master food safety standards while prepping fresh meals and maintaining a spotless, organized kitchen environment. Keep ingredients stocked and properly stored, operate kitchen equipment including fryers and slicers, and interact with guests during prep. Manage the prep station to ensure all dishes are ready for service. Morning shifts run from 4 AM to 12 PM or 6 AM to 2 PM, with evening shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM. Requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of retail customer service experience, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
- Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
