Kitchen Team Member

Prepare and cook food following recipe and quality standards while maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas. Stock and organize kitchen stations throughout the shift, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and assist with food prep and truck organization as needed. Work with the kitchen team to maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods, completing cleaning and stocking tasks throughout the shift. This role requires reliable transportation, consistent attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 35 lbs. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
