Kitchen Team Member

Conduct various kitchen roles while maintaining food safety, quality, and speed standards. Prepare, fry, bake, or cook food items, and assemble, wrap, and package meals including cold products like salads and fruit cups. Manage inventory and equipment, track product hold times, and continuously clean workstations. Maintain a sanitary environment by mopping, sweeping, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms. Assist with opening and closing procedures, communicate effectively with team members and leadership, and demonstrate knowledge of brand products and promotions. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks, stand for prolonged periods, and lift heavy objects. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
