Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member at a Chick-fil-A restaurant; responsible for preparing, frying, baking, or cooking food items, assembling, wrapping, and packaging for final service, and maintaining food safety, quality, and speed of service. Manages inventory and equipment, tracks product hold times to ensure quality and safety, cleans workstations, and assists in opening/closing procedures. Must demonstrate knowledge of the brand and promotions, work well with teammates, and communicate effectively with leadership.
