Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A: responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen neat and orderly; work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; flexible scheduling; opportunities for teamwork and leadership development; physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods; benefits include PTO, meals, 401K, scholarships, and paid time off; positions available as Full-Time and Part-Time.
