Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently, maintaining knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep), stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, staying updated on new products, reporting maintenance issues, completing opening/closing tasks, adhering to Dress Code and Chick-fil-A rules, and participating in in-house training. Must be reliable, customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and capable of working both independently and with a team; must be willing to work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 lbs; opportunities include growth, scholarships, and competitive benefits.
