Kitchen Team Member

Kitchen Team Member responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A kitchen. Duties include food preparation (frying, baking, assembling, wrapping, packaging), maintaining inventory and equipment, preparing cold items (salads, wraps, fruit cups, parfaits), monitoring hold times for quality and safety, keeping workstations clean, and communicating effectively with teammates and leadership. Must be able to stand for extended periods, work in a team-oriented environment, and be at least 16 years old.
