Job Summary
Prepare and cook breakfast items, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, and serve simple meals for the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure proper stock handling including receiving deliveries and organizing storage using FIFO. Assist with stock rotation and inventory control as required. Work as part of a hotel kitchen team with flexible early-morning shifts. Basic IT skills and reliable, punctual performance are expected, along with friendly customer service and a willingness to work across related kitchen duties.
