Kitchen Team Leader

Lead kitchen operations and support the Front and Back of House teams to deliver outstanding Southeast Asian-inspired dishes and guest experiences. Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant per company standards, preparing for service, guiding shifts with the Management Team, and acting as a key point of contact to ensure smooth, high-energy service. The role emphasizes team leadership, collaboration, delivering consistent quality, cultivating a positive work environment, and helping guests feel welcome through great food and service.
