Job Summary
Lead and inspire the Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of while supporting the Head Chef. Manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations, and guide the team to work with a branded menu. Drive targets with the team and contribute to a culture of training and progression, including opportunities for paid qualifications and promotions within the Mitchells & Butlers family.
Required Qualifications
