Kitchen Team Leader

Kitchen Team Leader responsible for training and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food under a branded menu, driving achievement of targets with the team, assisting with food ordering, preparation and stock control, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations, and helping guests feel welcome in a pub/kitchen environment. The role includes leadership development opportunities, performance to standards, and collaboration with the Head Chef in a busy Vintage Inns/M&B setting in Uxbridge, with full-time hours and a benefits package.
