Job Summary
As Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter – Lytham St Annes, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train and inspire your chefs to deliver food to be proud of, drive your team to hit targets, assist with food ordering, stock control and food preparation, master working with a branded menu, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. You’ll lead a team, foster development through programmes like the 3-day Steak School, and contribute to a guest-focused dining experience with strong leadership and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen management preferred
