Kitchen Team Leader

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at All Bar One Manchester, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. You’ll train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of, drive to smash targets with your team, assist with food ordering, stock control, and food preparation, and ensure adherence to a branded menu and health and hygiene regulations. You should have a strong focus on teamwork, hospitality, and delivering a welcoming guest experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop staff toward progression.
